ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH

The project is intended to comply with prevailing DENR requirements and the conditions set out in the DOE acknowledgement dated 30 April 2026.
Environmental studies identified Mambulao Bay as suitable for cooling and discharge, appropriate marine depth for a Panamax jetty and no required population resettlement at the proposed site.
